Ross gets Pete drunk and takes him back to his caravan. Just as he is about to carry out his plan to make Pete's death look like a suicide, Debbie shows up distraught over Sarah's health. Ross comforts Debbie and they share a kiss before leaving together. Pete wakes up and discovers the gun Ross left behind.
